Transfer adhesives (transfer tapes) are mounting adhesive products that do not contain a carrier film. This lack of a carrier film gives the adhesive flexibility and allows it to conform to uneven substrates and surfaces. Transfer adhesives are applied in a two-part process: First apply the exposed adhesive to the print or other substrate, then remove the release liner and apply to the second mounting surface.

- 5 mil High Performance Transfer Adhesive – HPT
5 mils of a clear solvent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive is coated on a 60# release liner. This configuration offers added thickness for hard or irregular surfaces including glass, plastics and painted/coated metals. - Low Tack Heat Activated Transfer Adhesive – JA
This transfer adhesive consists of a low tack heat activated adhesive coated directly to a liner. The adhesive features a low initial tack level to keep prints in place prior to final mounting. The adhesive forms a permanent, optically clear bond when processed through a laminator at temperatures between 180° F – 200° F. Low tack heat activated transfer adhesives are ideal for pre-coating boards and producing decals.
- No Tack Heat Activated Transfer Adhesive – JHA
A no tack, heat activated adhesive is coated directly to a release liner. The adhesive forms a permanent, optically clear bond when processed at a temperature of 150° F. This thermal transfer adhesive is perfect for pre-coating foam boards and similar substrates.
