D&K’s ENDURA OVERLAMS® have been evaluated and qualified for Xeikon’s “fleXflow” pouch production process. 3 mil (1/2 mil) Polyester ENDURA OVERLAMS® are now validated for use with Xeikon printers to create durable pouches. ENDURA OVERLAMS® offer unparalleled clarity and an adhesive surface that is printable using Xeikon systems.
Additionally, D&K’s standard (1.5 mil) and 3 mil polyester films are also qualified for fleXflow pouch production.

These D&K films have a thermal adhesive layer that is printable using Xeikon digital technologies. Xeikon customers can reverse-print directly onto the adhesive layer without any distortion. The printing remains protected by the surface of the laminating film, creating a durable pouch that is suitable for a variety of products.
