Our line of SuperStick® Heat Assist Vinyl Laminates incorporate the SuperStick Adhesive Technology into a linerless heat activated laminate. These laminates allow for greater flexibility on sensitivite prints due to very low activation temperatures (150°F - 200°F). SuperStick Heat Activated Vinyl Laminates works great on wide-format and digital prints, including photo paper, and other hard-to-stick-to prints.ﾠ SuperStick Heat Activated Vinyl Laminates came in a variety of textures including Luster, Sandtex, Velvet, and Canvas.

A glossy finish featuring UV inhibitors incorporated into its composition. Ideal for inkjet prints, trade show signage, and posters. Available in a 4 mil configuration.

Luster (UV) Vinyl (FGL)
Featuring a perfect blend of gloss and matte, this low glare finish will make your graphics appear elegant and rich. Available in a 5 mil configuration.  

Matte (UV) Vinyl (FGM)
A perfect choice to soften your image and reduce glare. This film is especially beneficial for trade show signage where glare from overhead lighting can become an issue. D&K’s Linerless Heat Assist PSA Vinyl Laminates, utilizing SuperStick® adhesive technology, offer excellent functionality without the release liner thus allowing for easier set-up and better production speed. These films are the perfect choice when laminating heat sensitive materials because of the low temperature adhesive. Recommended operating temperature is 160°-200° F using a heated roll laminator.
